About the partnership
CallTo365 and Guide-IT have been collaborating for over three years, working together to address the unique needs of their clients in the ICT and telecom sector. Guide-IT was looking for a partner who could provide a solution that fit between Teams Only and a full omnichannel system, specifically tailored for their SME clients.
Short lines of communication, accessibility and partnership is what characterizes the way of working together. One of the first projects that started their collaboration was for an international client with multiple locations. Together Guide-IT to offer integrated communication tools that connect users across different sites, enhancing collaboration and efficiency.
