About the partnership

Lease.auto had been looking for the right solution for a long time. They used their CRM system, but it lacked insights and reporting tools, and especially a good customer contact environment. In their search, they discovered that most telephone systems were too limited and that the call center packages were too extensive and expensive. They were looking for something that was exactly in between.
By working with the existing CRM system and connecting the missing functionality to it,
that is what CallTo365 could offer them.

Results

The collaboration between CallTo365 and Lease.auto has led to major improvements in customer contact and business operations. Where Lease.auto previously struggled to reach 50% of their weekly leads, they now reach about 70 to 80 percent of their leads. In addition, CallTo365 has built a reporting system that tracks valuable customer data and provides insight into communication channels such as Whatsapp.
