About the partnership
Since the start of CallTo365, she has been working with Loogisch to develop customized solutions within Teams for the healthcare and manufacturing industries. Their projects can be small, large, Dutch or international. From opening prison doors over the phone, to communicating across the offices of 20 different countries in a single, decisive Teams environment.
This customer needed to connect to links and connections spread across different providers. Through the collaboration, CallTo365 and Loogisch have brought all these systems together within one manageable solution, so that everything now runs through one party. Looking ahead
“Over the past thirty years we have really seen a shift to IP and then to Teams. That shift to Teams Only is happening really quickly now. And sometimes for specialist matters, such as a contact center, you still often need a telephone platform, but there too you see a shift towards Teams. We expect that there will be even more movement towards Teams in the next 5 years. And that means that we will see each other more and more.”
