About the collaboration
PCOU Willibrord, a large school community in the Utrecht region with 23,000 students and 2,000 employees spread over 43 locations, was facing a major digital transformation. In collaboration with CallTo365, PCOU Willibrord integrated Microsoft Teams Calling into all their individual school districts. This project required not only technical implementation, but also guidance and training for the end users, such as teachers, janitors and administrative staff. CallTo365 not only provided the technical solutions, but also the support needed to ensure a smooth transition.
The results
The collaboration between PCOU Willibrord and CallTo365 has led to a seamless integration of Teams Calling within the various school districts. Previously, the locations had to deal with outdated telephone systems and limited flexibility. Thanks to CallTo365’s solutions, employees can now work independently of time and place. The flexibility and simplicity of the solution have led to more efficient use of resources and an improved working experience for staff. In addition, CallTo365 has enabled schools to retain their existing PBX systems whilst enjoying the benefits of modern technology.
