CallTo365 is responsible for compliance with privacy laws and regulations such as the GDPR, but also the ePrivacy Regulation. CallTo365 processes data about customers, suppliers and its own employees. She does this for the execution of the service agreement that you as a customer conclude with us, the employment contract that we conclude with our colleagues or to work carefully with external parties, also to purchase certain services.

As far as Office365 is concerned, CallTo365 has a GDPR-compliant processing contract whereby your data is processed carefully, lawfully and confidentially with CallTo365 as well as with the parties with which it collaborates. CallTo365 has a processing agreement in place with processors.

Our software stack is also regularly changed. CallTo365 takes into account the privacy of our customers in their selection.
